  • The item must be in the same condition as received, free from tampering, damages, or contamination.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened skincare products.
  • Items not purchased directly from purealkebulan.com.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Gift cards.

  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If an exchange is approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.
